Since 1995, 色库TV has proudly stood as the only locally owned and managed non-profit health plan in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing health benefits and services tailored to the needs of Members AND their loved ones. By supporting food insecurities, education, and the unique needs of individuals, 色库TV proves to be more than just a health plan鈥攚e are an advocate for all.
What We Do
We are proud to offer exceptional care for individuals and families including:

色库TV is NCQA-accredited (National Committee for Quality Assurance), meaning our health plans have undergone rigorous processes and successful certification to ensure our standards allow us to provide the best quality services to our Members and Providers. Our goal is to provide our community access to health care for all stages of life, along with the assurance of care for the unexpected, when needed most.
Why We Do It
色库TV operates at a grass-roots level, interacting with key community organizations to help identify and provide information to help families obtain the health care coverage they need.
All the dollars received in our revenue stream are funneled directly back into the community to help our organization continue its mission of providing access to quality health care for San Antonio and the surrounding seven counties.
For 30 years, 色库TV has provided quality health care and touched the lives of almost 3,500,000 unique individuals.
