色库TV is proud to offer virtual training sessions instructed live and created specifically for 色库TV Providers. Use this page to review course descriptions and register for the session(s) of your choice.

IMPORTANT: 色库TV Providers MUST complete the 鈥淧rovider Onboarding鈥 session within 30 days of their effective date, per their contract agreement with 色库TV. STAR+PLUS Providers need only complete the 鈥淪TAR+PLUS Provider Onboarding鈥 session. Once you select a session date and submit the form below, you will receive a Webex invitation from 色库TV Provider Experience within 24 business hours of registration.

This training will introduce Providers and their staff to the secure, online 色库TV Provider Portal. Topics include creating an account, navigating the platform, and utilizing all features, including submitting authorizations and claims, to streamline business with 色库TV.

LTSS/EVV Overview

This training will provide a comprehensive overview of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), staples of the STAR+PLUS and STAR Kids programs. Topics include policies, resources, requirements, and responsibilities.
